Equinox Realty is a multifamily property management, hospitality, and real estate investment firm serving Palm Beach County, Florida.
Equinox Realty began in 2004 as a student housing company — our founder’s first venture into lodging — and is headquartered today in Lake Park, Florida, with offices in Miami. The firm now manages residential communities across Palm Beach County, operates hospitality and lodging assets, and represents investors in the acquisition and sale of multifamily, hospitality, and commercial real estate — one trusted partner across the full life of an asset.
Miguel leads Equinox Realty with more than 18 years of experience across multifamily real estate, hospitality, and investment. Over the years he has underwritten, acquired, and managed more than 3,000 units across the U.S. and South America — spanning multifamily communities, commercial, and lodging assets — with oversight of portfolios exceeding $700 million. Most recently, he directed the development and hospitality operations of a 20,000-seat arena — one of the largest venues in South America. An industrial engineer by training, Miguel graduated from Purdue University with a minor in Economics and holds a master’s degree in Financial Management. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
As Chief Operating Officer since 2017, Óscar leads day-to-day operations and asset management across Equinox’s multifamily and mixed-use portfolio — roughly 96 apartment units plus retail across Lake Park and North Palm Beach. He oversees leasing, maintenance and capital improvements, vendor management, and resident relations, keeping every property performing to standard. A licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and active member of the South East Florida Apartment Association, he also guides clients through commercial and residential transactions across Palm Beach County. Óscar holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a dual M.Sc. from Michigan State University and a B.S. from Purdue University, and speaks Spanish, English, and French.
