Equinox Realty is a specialty real estate firm and brokerage devoted to multifamily, hospitality, and commercial property in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Equinox Realty was founded in 2004 as a student housing operator — our first venture into lodging — and is headquartered today in Lake Park, Florida, with offices in Miami. We have chosen to remain intentionally focused, counseling clients with the same rigor we bring to every property we manage. The firm manages residential communities across Palm Beach County, operates hospitality and lodging assets, and represents investors across the full life of an asset.
Our team brings together decades of combined experience across multifamily real estate, hospitality, engineering, and corporate leadership, with a record of acquiring, managing, and repositioning properties in the United States and abroad.
We pair that perspective with an engineering-led approach to operations. Capital improvements, preventive maintenance, and renovations are directed in-house, and our brokerage is led by a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker with active standing in the region’s realtor and apartment associations. We serve residents and clients in English, Spanish, and French.
